Mildura Police were out in full force over the weekend; with officers cracking down on drunken behaviour across the region.
A 27-year-old has gone home with more than he bargained for after visiting a take away restaurant over the weekend.
Mildura Police issued the man with a Caution Notice for theft.
The notice came after he allegedly ordered take away food, and reportedly left without any attempts to pay.
Officers also issued the man with a $643 penalty notice for being drunk in a public place.
The arrest was one of several over the weekend.
A 46-year-old man is set to face Mildura Magistrate's Court.
Mildura Police made the arrest in relation to outstanding warrants.
At the time of the arrest, the Red Cliffs man was allegedly in possession of a small amount of cannabis.
He has been remanded into custody.
