Citrus growers across the region are enjoying a boom in exports, with produce heading overseas.
In the last ten years, the value of citrus exports nation-wide has gone from 185 million dollars to well over 320 million today.
Marketing and new quarantine strategies have seen China take 40 thousand tonnes of citrus in 2016 alone, an increase of 420 percent.
Growth in livestock and grain industries has also been seen as contributing factors to the boom.
The Agriculture industry has contributed 50 billion in exports in the 2016-2017 financial year.
