Aussie Man's "Drunken" Airport Scuffle

An Australian man is facing up to seven years behind bars after allegedly assaulting a police officer during a drunken incident at a Singapore airport.

Jason Peter Darragh from Perth can be seen on video struggling with police and security guards at Changi Airport on April 20.

The 44 year-old appeared in a Singapore Court on Saturday where he had to answer to three counts of using vulgar language on police officers; two counts of using criminal force on them and two counts of causing annoyance to others while drunk in a public place.

Mr Darragh was released on bail with surety of $20,000.
