Sydney boxer and model Lauryn Eagle has found herself on the wrong side of the law, accused of drug driving.
The 29 year-old was pulled over in balck Audi Q5 for a random drug and alcohol test in Peakhurst at 10am on Wednesday.
It is alleged Eagle returned a positive result to methamphetamine, she was arrested and taken to Kogarah police station where she underwent a second test, that has been sent for analysis and the results may take weeks.
She has not been charged and lawyer Adam Houda told NewsCorp she had not taken anything illegal.
"I have received confirmation from her doctor that any positive reading would have been a direct result of the pre-scription medication he has prescribed to my client to treating an existing health issue.
"The cops only need to make one phone call to verify what I am saying."
It's not the first time Eagle has come under the attention of police, she was arrested in May 013 after refusing to leave notorious Cronulla club Northies.
Later that year she was charged with two counts of assault and one count of malicious damage after an dispute over a dog at the family home.
The assault charges were dropped but she was convicted of damaging property and placed on a good behaviour bond.
