Two men will front Sydney court's today charged with murder following a dramatic arrest in the early hours of the morning in Croydon.
Both suspects have been charged over the fatal shooting of 37-year-old Chinese National Qin Wu inside a home in Guildford at about 11pm on Wednesday 1 February, which was being used a make-shift Buddhist Temple.
Wu is believed to have been shot while coming to the aid of a friend who got into a fight with the charged men.
A 45-year-old man was arrested during a pre-dawn raid on a Croydon home yesterday morning while a 35-year-old man, already behind bars at Silverwater Correctional, was also arrested.
Both have been charged with murder and shoot with intent to murder.
