A power surge has caused delays in the CBD, with an outage at Central.
Repairs to the power supply are currently underway, but it's expected that there will be flow-on delays for the rest of the day.
There is reportedly a lot of congestion around the City Circle stops, with passengers advised to allow platforms to clear before entering stations.
Those heading to the airport have been warned that they are in danger of missing their flights, and are advised to see a member of station stuff.
Delays are currently standing between five and 40 minutes.
The longest delay according to T3 Sydney trains is 35 minutes.
Passengers are advised to listen to announcements and check indicator board.
