A man has been charged following a road rage incident in Sydney's west which saw several drivers involved in a brawl.
The incident happened just before 5pm on Tuesday at the intersection between the Horsley Drive and McLaren Street in Fairfield.
In footage that surfaced online, a Toyota Hilux and a jeep are seen stopped at the intersection.
The Toyota driver got out of his car and approached the jeep driver, who was a 34-year-old man.
The Toyota driver then allegedly punched him through the open window, with an altercation ensuing on the road.
Several members of the public were seen intervening, with Nine News footage showing one of the drivers allegedly pulling out a chainsaw and revving it at screaming onlookers.
Officers from Fairfield Police have investigated, with a 25-year-old man arrested at Fairfield Station at 8.30pm yesterday.
He was charged with affray, armed with intent to commit indictable offence.
He was granted conditional bail and will appear at Fairfield Local Court on Monday, May 7.
