A man who was handed a $700 fine and a criminal conviction after receiving oral sex on a train in NSW has asked: "How many f*cking men would have knocked it back?"
Shane Brennan spoke to The Daily Mail after pleading guilty to willful and obscene exposure and behaving in an offensive manner in court on Tuesday, saying that it all started when he began speaking to a woman on the train platform.
According to Brennan, the unnamed woman told him she was "horny" before asking him to have sex with her.
"[She] was pretty horny and ready to go," he said. "Toey as."
While the Wollongong man initially declined her offer, he changed his mind after she began masturbating on the "empty" train carriage and decided to let her perform oral sex on him.
"She was the one masturbating," he continued. "If she didn't offer me nothing I wouldn't have f*cking done it."
Brennan went on to say that the act was over in "minutes" and that the "large and disgusting" puddle of liquid staff members later found wasn't urine but was, in fact, the Coca Cola he used to rinse himself off.
"As soon as the deed was done I was out of there and off," the father-of-three said. "I didn't know they had cameras all throughout the train.
"You'd think the train guard would've said, 'Good on ya mate'. How can you be so lucky and unlucky in the one day?"
While Brennan says he does regret his actions, it's mostly down to the "bollocking" he received from the magistrate - and because he's now concerned his partner will find out.
