Spanish Man Charged After 4Kg Of Cocaine Found At Sydney Airport

A Spanish man will face court today after four kilograms of cocaine was allegedly found in a bag at Sydney Airport.

The unaccompanied bag arrived from Chile just over a week ago with Australian Border Force officers finding abnormalities when weighing it empty - finding white powder concealed in the lining.

Federal Police tracked the bag back to a 41-year-old man at his Sydney accommodation, and he's been charged with importing a commercial quantity of illegal drugs.
