A wallaby has been rescued from Sydney Harbour after being spotted swimming by crew members on the Manly Fast Ferry.
According to smh.com.au, deckhands threw a rope around the female wallaby and pulled her in, before eventually hauling her aboard.
She was then wrapped in a blanket and taken away by Sydney Wildlife volunteer Jodi Lewis.
The incident reportedly happened on Wednesday evening at approximately 7pm.
It is reported that the wallaby may be from Dobroyd Head, and was in the water for up to 30 minutes after being chased in there by a dog.
This comes just two weeks after a wallaby was spotted on the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
