Man On The Run After Escaping Beechworth Jail

Police across Beechworth currently looking for a prison escapee, 33 year old Luke Ilmer understood to have left the Correctional Centre at around 7:30 last night.
The Wantirna man currently serving time for burglary related offences.
Last seen wearing a green bomber jacket and green track pants.
Anyone who sights the wanted man is urged not to approach him and instead call police.
