Fatal crash near Albury
Police will prepare a report for the Coroner after a two-vehicle crash near Albury this morning.
Emergency services attended the Olympic Way at Table Top just after 9am (Tuesday 14 August 2018), after reports of a two-vehicle crash.
A driver of one of the vehicle’s died at the scene.
The driver of the other vehicle was trapped, before being released and treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics.
He was taken to Albury Hospital in a stable condition where it is expected he will also undergo mandatory testing.
Officers from Murray-River Police District attended and established a crime scene.
Crash Investigation Unit Officers are en route to the scene and will commence an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
Diversions are in place and motorists are urged to avoid the area and monitor livetraffic.com.
