Nick Percat’s Brad Jones Racing Holden car will sport an eye-catching makeover when it hits the track at Albert Park this weekend.

The rainbow livery was an idea BJR took to Holden, following their recent sponsorship of the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras.

A statement released by BJR reads:

“The unmissable rainbow colours on the #8 Holden Commodore is all about supporting equality of people, no matter their race, gender or sexual preference.”

“It is not a stance on any issue in particular, but of equality in all its forms, diversity and equal opportunity for all.”

The car has won over huge support on social media, with a post on the ‘Supercars’ page garnering over 5,000 likes.
