What to do if your neighbours aren’t complying with the prohibited times?

Often the best approach for dealing with a noisy neighbour is to talk to them and work out a solution to settle the problem. Sometimes they may not be aware they are disturbing you.

If your problem isn’t easily resolved

Contact your local council and report the issue. Their assessment will consider all the factors of the noise and how it impacts you. They may ask you to keep a diary of when the noise occurs.
