Police Riding On Townsville School Bus To Stop Bullying

Cruel and ongoing bullying on a Bluewater School Bus has resulted in local police officers having to jump on board.  

The issue was taken to Hinchinbrook MP Nick Dametto who met with Deeragun Police about it. 

Bluewater kids will have some extra company, with Police liaison officer getting on the bus to school.

Meanwhile a scandal at a Townsville school has led to widespread changes across the state.  

A teacher’s aide has allegedly shown a naked photo of himself to Year 4 boys.

Attorney-General Yvette D’Ath yesterday announcing the introduction of a new bill legislating the “No Card, No Start” policy, just over a year after the incident became public.
