Busselton Fringe is back in 2017 and it’s bigger than ever!

This year’s event promises to be a vibrant festival with a feast of artistic mediums such street theatre, stand up comedy, visual art, dance, circus, musical theatre, burlesque and so much more.

Running for more than a week (March 3 – 11) performances will be taking place at various South West attractions such as the Busselton Jetty and Ngilgi Cave. The Fringe finale takes place at the ArtGeo Cultural Complex with a street closure, pop up bar, live music, delicious food and all round chilled out vibe. A blend of local community and visiting artists are guaranteed to keep everyone entertained.

Festival goers can also enjoy a children’s dance show, a local ukulele band, aerial trapeze or body art parade as well as pantomime shenanigans, spooky storytelling, murder mystery, historical drama, cabaret and comedy and loads more! Not to forget the visual arts with the annual Fringe Art Prize exhibition at Jacksons, themed to celebrate the 20 Year Anniversary of the Busselton and Sugito Sister Cities Association.

Busselton Fringe has something for everyone and is for all ages, with the program offering a dynamic mix of quirky, non-curated acts and festival favourites.
