Yossi Ghinsberg is an an Israeli adventurer, author, entrepreneur, humanitarian and now motivational speaker. Inspired by the book Papillon, Yossi planned an expedition to Bolivia to find a lost tribe and a river of gold in 1981.

Yossi was joined by three other explorers and the group of four found themselves split into two groups after getting lost. Yossi and his friend rafted down the Amazon river, went over a waterfall and into a rock where they were split up. What followed was three weeks of solo survival with no tools, food or supplies in one of the wildest places on earth. Yossi explained that he had such hunger he could have eaten human flesh, and that he survived on 1-2 raw eggs a day.

His story inspired the 2017 psychological thriller 'Jungle' starring Daniel Radcliffe and it's an incredible tale of survival, listen to it below!
