Ageing is a lifelong story with a bad ending. It's an unavoidable cloud that follows us around forever, you either embrace it or suffer it! Our minds and bodies really only reach prosperous unison for a few twilight years when we're smart, mature, fit, healthy, energetic and 'good looking.' Then at some point the 'all downhill from here' concept becomes a reality.
