There were a number of councilors who were proposing that the number of total councilors be reduced from 12 to 9. At last night's council meeting it was put forward to vote whether a referendum should be conducted at the next bi-election. Mandy spoke with Deputy Mayor Doug Curran about the outcome of last night's meeting.
