Essendon defender Conor McKenna is likely to face the tribunal after being accused of biting Western Bulldog Tory Dickson on the neck according to Dan Cherny in The Age.

Dickson has claimed that McKenna bit him after the Dogs forward chased him down on Etihad Stadium wing.

Dickson reportedly complained to the Bulldogs’ bench immediately.

The incident will likely see McKenna be referred straight to the tribunal on a misconduct charge.

The Dogs won the game 14.20 (104) 12.11 (83) to open their account for 2018.
