This week is Mens Shed Week, and Peter from Limestone Coast Mens Shed joined the show this morning to teach you everything you need to know about the work they do within the community.

Limestone Coast Mens Shed are helping local men with social isolation through providing a safe, friendly & healing environment to promote social inclusion and self worth.  

It's absolutely fantastic. It reinvigorated me compared to what I used to be. And not just with the mental health side of things, but it's one of those places that makes you want to turn up.
