First Month Stats Revealed

About a month ago I was enlisted to assist with The Man Challenge by Adam McDougall. This challenge would help me be a fitter, stronger and better looking lad. Although we are talking physique wise here. 


 I’ve done weight campaigns before this one allows a beer and also only requires 10 minutes exercise a day but as I found, Exercise is addictive. 

Stats from October

  • 255870 Steps
  • 160.92 km Covered by foot
  • 82502 Calories Burnt
  • 6hr 54m Average Sleep per night
  • Average of around 5km of swimming per week

On top of the exercise, I have eaten more Chicken and lean meats and enjoyed several 2 and 5 days covering all the Fruit and Vege intake needed. It’s pretty simple when you have a Meal Plan supplied though - especially from an email each week. The vitals though when it comes to looking good - Weight has come down 2kg from 82 - 80kg and Muscle Mass is up. 

To compare some of these figure - I enlisted Accredited Coach and mate as mentor Brendon Simpson. "Swimmo" has kept an eye on me in more ways than one as you can hear below. 

Here is to the next Month. 

PS Haven’t had a beer since Kal Cup Day…. and loving it.
