Bryce Gibbs has joined Triple M Adelaide for the first time as an Adelaide Crow.
The South Australian made the move home after 231 games for Carlton, and the former Blues best and fairest winner told Jars and Louie said he was really impressed with the set-up at the Crows.
"They've got really high standards," Gibbs said.
"It doesn't matter if you're Rory Sloane or Tex Walker or one of the rookie players - everyone is expected to put in high standards (of effort).
"I'm really enjoying it. I'm into my twelfth season now and I'm feeling really refreshed."
Gibbs will wear this number 6 guernsey for the Crows in 2018 and beyond.
