Rory Sloane has backed in the controversial Adelaide training camp, saying he "absolutely" felt like it was worthwhile and made him a "better" person.
The camp has come under fire, with reports the intensity of the trip to Gold Coast has bewildered a few of the club's players.
But Sloane quashed those reports, saying he had no issue.
LISTEN TO RORY SLOANE ON ADELAIDE'S CAMP:
"We're never going to give you an absolute blow by blow account of what we do on our training camps, because they are competitive advantages," he said.
"We are working on the mindfulness side of sport, as well...it was a camp that was pretty important to everyone.
"I can speak about what I got out of it personally, absolutely. I absolutely one hundred percent came back from that camp feeling like a better husband, a better son and a much better teammate than when I was before I left on that camp.
"For me, the experience was unbelievable."
He also said there was "one hundred percent" no leak to the AFL Players Association for the story to get out.
