Warren Tredrea Gives The Footy Show An Absolute Serve

Kochie was on The Footy Show last night, talking about Port Adelaide’s performance over the last 3 years.

Surely he hasn’t done it again? Does Kochie need to pull his head in?

Tredders helped to set the record straight"

"I was cringing to be honest.

People weren’t to know it was a pre-recorded video from a month ago. That’s a long time to keep a video. The Advertiser jumps on it. He said his piece when he did it."

Kochie confirmed this today with his tweet:

Post

"People weren’t to know it was a pre-recorded video from a month ago. That’s a long time to keep a video. The Advertiser jumps on it. Port fans go ‘not again!’. He said his piece when he did it. He and Ken are on the same page.

I was sitting at home last night thinking, “WHY?! Why would you talk now, why? They’ve had a good win - they’ve got a healthy list.”

But Kochie as he is, he’s pretty switched on, he said let’s hold this to the record, it’s a month old.”

The boys question the show’s motives: “quite mischievous by the Footy Show, don’t you think?”

“It’s Donald Trump Fake News.”

Tredders: “It’s not fake news, it’s from a month ago. It’s out of context.”

Jars: “Why wouldn’t Channel 9 come out and say this was from a month ago, like we do here on this show!”

Tredders: “The Footy Show is an entertainment show, and it’s blurring the line.”
