UFC superstar Conor McGregor has caused a storm today, handing himself into New York police following a bizarre attach on a bus carrying other UFC fighters, coaches and officials.

In footage captured, McGregor can be seen throwing chairs and fencing at the bus, smashing a window in the process.

Michael Chiesar, one of the fighters onboard the bus, had his hand lacerated by the shattered glass, rendering him unable to compete in his fight.

His coach Rick Little joined Mick and Jane for a chat today on Kennedy Molloy and gave us an exclusive insight into the incident that has shocked the fighting world.

"I'll just sum it up pretty simply: Connor was looking for Khabib (Nurmagomedov)," Little said.

"Was obviously looking to do some serious damage to Khabib, it looked like.

"Picking up metal objects and stuff and throwing them through the window where he obviously thought Khabib was sat, but it was Mike that was sitting in the window.

"So he threw a big metal unit right through the window and into Mike's head."

A warrant was issued for McGregor's arrest, and the world's most famous fighter handed himself into a NYPD precinct a few hours later.
