1. Triple M Riverina Easter Egg Hunt

What: The BIGGEST Easter Egg Hunt in the Riverina! Brought to you by Coles in the Sturt Mall and the Hillis Motor Group there will be thousands of eggs for the kids to collect and a special appearance by the Easter Bunny

Where: Victory Memorial Gardens, Wagga

When: Easter Saturday, April 15, at 9:00am

Price: FREE

2. Illuminate Wagga

What: The Riverina's Festival of Light and Music which will light up the river precinct as well as some of ur iconic buildings and gardens with lighting installations. Add to that live entertainment and a great variety of food and it will be an amazing event! Find out more HERE

Where: River precinct and around Wagga

When: Easter Saturday and Sunday, April 15 and 16, from 4:00pm - 9:00pm

3. Stone the Crows Festival

What: Described as the ultimate event for the over 50s, it will bring a throng of grey nomads to town right up until Easter Monday. Easter Monday is the Open Day of the festival where you can get along and see the life of a grey nomad, and you can also get a day pass on their website HERE

4. Willans Hill Miniature Railway

What: Not only are the trains running but they are fundraising for the Kids Kottage / Ronald McDonald House all day on Sunday. Take the kids for a train ride on their new track, and even head to Wagga Zoo and see Forrest Jr, the new (and very cute) baby donkey! Make sure you wear closed in shoes to ride the trains.

Where: Wagga Botanic Gardens

When: Easter Sunday, April 16, at 10.30am

Price: $2 for the Miniature Railways, free for the Zoo

5. Wagga Harness Racing Club

What: The Harness Racing Club has a meeting on Easter Sunday and will be donating the entry fee to the Cancer Council as part of the fundraising for Wagga Wagga Takes 2. Dougal Bear on track for the kids as well as a jumping castle and of course a full card of races!

Where: Wagga Showgrounds

When: Easter Sunday, April 16. Gates open at 11:30am, first race at 12:40pm.

6. Talbingo Easter Markets featuring Chainsaw Sculpture

What: The Talbingo Easter Markets are on featuring John Brady, Australia's Chainsaw Sculpture Champion! He'l be doing full demonstrations as well as taking orders for product.

When: Easter Sunday, April 16, 8:00am - 2:00pm
