Meet a Truly Inspirational Coffs Harbour Local

We all live such busy lives, whether it's pressures with work, finances, health or family, we often don't take time to really look at our priorities in life.

Quite often it can take a life-threatening moment to becoming a life-changing moment, leading us to stop, think, and rearrange our priorities.

Michael Crossland grew up in Coffs Harbour, his life hasn't been a walk in the park, and he still faces challenges everyday in his life.  But rather than lay down and let it overcome him, Michael has always stepped up and used it to make him more determined to achieve.

We were lucky enough to chat with Michael about his inspiring journey, his book, and an inspiring event he has coming up in Coffs Harbour on August 11.
