Sometimes we forget the power of helping people, and how it can impact lives.
As a Queenslander, I have always been a fan of Peter Dutton. As a former Police officer, he has always been one to help and make a difference.
Today, that was highlighted again with a powerful call to the Ray Hadley Morning Show.
While chatting to Mr Dutton, Ray took a call from Steve Miller, the father of Cole Miller, who was killed in a coward punch attack in Brisbane's Fortitude Valley.
The very emotional call has reinforced how important it is to help others, and the impact that our actions can have on others when we help.
