Week two of Get Fit with Roo and Ditts has come and gone.
It was a HUGE week for one of the crew with Ditts losing 3 kegs!
Unfortunately the news wasn't as good for Roo, with the Adelaide Crows great actually putting on weight!
The boys took part in their first gym session together and received some nutrition advice from Matt O'Niel.
