Grand Final Injury Scare As Strauchanie Admits He's Training Away From The Main Group

Collingwood cult hero Brian Strauchan has sent an injury scare through the club.

The nimble forward/midfielder/backman/utility admitted to Roo and Ditts on Triple M Adelaide this morning that he's been training away from the main group...for the entire season.

"I am actually training away from the main group," Strauchan said, "that often happens."

"It was Bucks' idea.He wanted the main group to be training at the Holden Centre and Strauchany to be training back at Horsham."

Strauchan has been been on Collingwood's main list since 2004 but is yet to debut for the club.

No word yet on whether Buck's will spring a Grand Final surprise and grant the dynamic footballer his first game in fourteen seasons.
