If you were watching the final ODI between Australia and South Africa you would have heard the commentators getting very excited about Chris Lynn being promoted to open the batting.

Lynn, who has dominated opening in one-dayers for Queensland and in the BBL for the Brisbane Heat, had made scores of 15 and 44 batting at four in the series but unfortunately fell for a duck in Australia's 40-run loss to the Proteas.

While all the commentators praised Lynn's elevation up to the top of the order, former Australian vice-captain Ian Healy has explained to The Big Breakfast why he disagreed with "our greatest attacking weapon" opening the batting.

Heals also spoke about the importance of one-day cricket ahead of next year's World Cup and admitted he's still not sure what "elite honesty" means.
