"They've Done It Plenty Of Times Without Me"

Broncos captain and inspirational leader Darius Boyd has revealed to Marto, Robin and special guest Lawrence Mooney it was a collective decision which ruled him out of tonight's do-or-die semi-final against the Panthers. 

"It was a group decision with the coaching staff and myself," Boyd said. Listen to the audio below.

"They didn't want me to push and and at the same time I didn't want to go out there and not play my absolute best or let the team down if i couldn't finish the game."

However, Boyd has every confidence the Broncos get can the job done without him.

"They've done it plenty of times without me before and I'm excepting no different tonight," Boyd said. 

"It's a team sport and a team game and one player doesn't change that too often."
