The Cronulla Sharks are in all sorts, after a dreadful second-half performance against the Dragons the Sharkies gave up a 14-point lead to remain winless in 2018.

One of the key problems, for Sharks coach Shane Flanagan is who should be occupying the fullback position.

Valentine Holmes was given first choice in round one but after a nervous game, Josh Dugan was brought in to share fullback duties for Friday night's loss.

While it may take time to develop the partnership and dynamic between Holmes and Dugan, just how long is Flanagan willing to wait before things start to work themselves out?

The Grill Team's Matty Johns believes there is a combination that Flanagan could explore once his son, Kyle, returns from injury.
