Triple M football reporter Tom Browne broke on The Hot Breakfast this morning that the AFL are set to investigate Perth's new Optus Stadium over a safety concern.

During the game between West Coast and Geelong, Zach Tuohy and Mark Blicavs both ran over the boundary line at speed and cut themselves on the advertising signage.

"Both players played out the game, but they both required treatment under the blood rule," Browne reported this morning.
