Carlton President Mark LoGuidice Speaks To The Hot Breakfast

Carlton Football Club president Mark LoGuidice joined The Hot Breakfast this morning to speak about the situation his football club find itself in in 2018.

The Blues are currently bottom of the ladder with one win, and Carlton fans are seemingly fed up with continually seeing their club outperformed on the footy field.

Speaking to The Hot Breakfast this morning, Eddie asked the Carlton president directly, "where do you see your club right now?"

"Well as you know Eddie, the football clubs today are different to what the football clubs used to be," LoGuiduce said.

"The entire football club is in a reasonably strong position.

"We haven't had the season we wanted to have on field for our men's team.

"And it's been very well documented, the rebuild of the list of the Carlton Football Club.

"We started that two and half years ago in 2015.

"We told our members very loud and clear what we were going to do: we were going to go to three drafts, and we've assembled a great group of players.

"And after the three drafts we're going to have the right balance, between trade and draft, to fill the gap and the void between 22 and 26 year olds, which we'll start to do this year."
