Chris Lynn has explained his new personal coaching and mentoring platform, Playbook.

Lynn launched the website which helps athletes find personal coaches and mentors at any level of sport - including Aussie rules, cricket and soccer - to help them progress.
"You can type in South Melbourne and AFL and all the coaches in that area who have signed up to the site are accessible," he explained on Triple M's Hot Breakfast.
"For me growing up, I got plenty of opportunities to be mentored and have specialised one-on-one coaching.
"I thought this is the best way possible for kids to be coached by their greatest mentors."
