"Did you stop in peak-hour traffic on the Nepean Highway to help a young lady with a broken down car on Monday?" asked Rosie.

"The amazing thing about China - there are so many people that live in that country - it made me realise a few things," said Clarkson - referencing his recent trip to the country.

"They are so tolerant of one another on the roads over there because there's just so many of them. They have to learn to live together."

Clarko said that he came across a girl who had run out of petrol and was inspired by the Chinese to "offer the hand of help".

"I might not be doing that on Monday if we lose to the Pies!"
