Triple M's Tom Browne claims that Tom Lynch is being coaxed home by some big-money offers.

The Hot Breakfast's footy reporter said on the show this morning that Richmond are among the frontrunners - with a potential offer set to make the Suns' skipper the club's highest-paid player.

"Plenty of clubs are interested in Lynch," Browne reported.

"I think Richmond have informally offered him $1.4 million a year. Dusty's on about 1.3 which would make Lynch the highest paid player at Richmond.

"Obviously a controversial list-management decision because it could involve moving on 3 or 4 players."

Luke Darcy said that Lynch is the one player that could change a whole club - suggesting that the money being thrown at him was justified.

On the other hand, Eddie McGuire said that the Gold Coast Suns "may as well put the shutters up if he goes."
