Tom Browne Flags An Upcoming Captaincy Change At Carlton

Triple M's Hot Breakfast chief footy reporter Tom Browne says Carlton will transition the captaincy on this off-season.

BROWNE'S REPORT:

The Blues have had Marc Murphy captaincy the club for six seasons, but Browne reported on Triple M's Hot Breakfast on Tuesday morning the 31-year-old was set to hand it on.

"My understanding is Marc Murphy will hand over the captaincy in the next few weeks," he told Triple M.

Browne said there were a couple of options on the table for the club's captaincy.

"They're looking at the model of how they'll go forward with that captaincy."
