Speaking on The Hot Breakfast this morning, Triple M football reporter Tom Browne reported that two games have been flagged for Shanghai in 2019.

"In the space of three weeks I think we've basically gone from perhaps no games in China next year to perhaps two," Browne said.

Browne believes that Port Adelaide will stay in Shanghai for two consecutive weeks if all falls into place.

"I think the AFL is looking at a potential solution where Port play the Suns then the week after Port play a Victorian side," he said.

"I still think St Kilda are mainly in the frame there."

Eddie McGuire also had some ideas on the Chinese game - explaining the reasons that despite poor crowds the venture would be worth committing too.
