Triple M's Andrew Jarman has dropped a little intel on three rule changes that could be heading our way in 2019.

The AFL has been toying with the idea of introducing new rules to better the look of the game, and will trial a 6-6-6 starting line-up at centre bounces and an increased goal square in a Coburg/Werribee VFL game this Saturday.

"I can tell you this, and sign off on this," he told Triple M's Rush Hour with Jars and Louie.

"My good source, he's a good fella, gave me some good intel today."
