Triple M's Joey Montagna has hit out at Nic Naitanui's one-match ban, calling the decision "frustrating".
LISTEN TO JOEY EXPLAIN:
Naitanui's one-match ban for a rough tackle on Port Adelaide's Karl Amon was upheld at the AFL tribunal on Wednesday night.
It was a decision that Naitanui called "disappointing" and coach Adam Simpson called a "bit of a head scratcher".
Joey joined Triple M's Rush Hour and told the boys the decision wasn't right.
"You can’t get suspended for laying a strong tackle," he said.
"There was nothing that he did that was dangerous...I don’t know what Nic Nat was meant to do."
Billy Brownless was in full agreement.
“Exactly. What was he supposed to do?” he said.
