Fresh off his debut with the West Tigers in their trial match against the Cowboys on Saturday, Josh Reynolds joined The Rush Hour with MG on Monday night for a chat that went in a million different directions.

The 28-year-old covered everything from Married At First Sight to living with Trent Hodkinson and Matt Frawley and everything in between, starting with how it felt to be named co-captain of the Tigers alongside Elijah Taylor, Russell Packer, Chris Lawrence and Benji Marshall.

“Throughout the whole pre-season, [Ivan Cleary] sort of just said to us, 'Look boys I haven’t really got a captain in mind. I’m just going to let it pick itself'," Reynolds said on Monday's show.

"I thought is was pretty cool you know because it’s a new team, someone might step up and be a real leader. But he sort of said to us that out of all of us we all showed glimpses.

"When he actually told us the good news [being named captain] he was like, ‘Boys I couldn’t separate you but I think as a whole the best thing for our team at this time is to have you five there’.”

But NRL isn't the only thing Reynolds has on his mind at the moment; turns out the ex-Bulldogs player is also pretty keen on Married At First Sight.

"I can't watch it, it's so scary," he laughed. "People have actually thrown up that I go on it!"

Have a listen to the full chat with Josh Reynolds below. It's a good one:
