Aussie sports agent Bruce Kaider says last night's Australia-Philippines basketball incident, which he witnessed from the stands, was "embarrassing" and the game "should have been called off".
LISTEN TO KAIDER:
Kaider, who manages Matthew Dellavedova, was in the crowd as a massive brawl broke out between Aussie and Filipino players during yesterday's World Cup qualifier.
He told Triple M's Winter Breakfast the fight was "embarrassing" and there was a "real sense of disappointment" from the crowd following the incident.
"I think it should have been called off, for sure," he told Triple M.
"The way the game had ended, the players were all standing around waiting to see what the outcome was. For me, I think the game should have been called off.
"That's when people in the crowd started to leave as well.
