Alex Silvagni Promoted To Blues Senior List

Former Docker Alex Silvagni has been promoted to the Carlton senior list.

Silvagni replaces Ciaran Byrne who is on the Blues long term injury list. 

This means he will be available for selection for the Blues clash with the Swans this weekend.

The defender played 53 games for the Fremantle between 2010 and 2016, playing only five last season.

He may be included to cover the Swans tall forwards with the likes of Franklin, Tippett, Reid and Sinclair in their attack.

The Blues play the Swans at the MCG on Saturday afternoon at 2.10pm.
