Melbourne midfielder Angus Brayshaw has left the field in the opening minutes of his comeback game for the Casey Demons with what has been reported as a 'head knock'.

Brayshaw left the ground with assistance from the Demons trainers.

Brayshaw has a history with concussion and head related injuries and has restricted him especially in the 2017 season.

This is certainly a concern for Brayshaw and the Demons as he has now had a hand full of concussions in the past season and half and had missed the previous two weeks with concussion.
