Brisbane midfielder Allen Christensen has suffered a bad injury setback at training today, according to AFL.com.au.
The ex-Cat broke his collarbone and will miss between six to eight weeks.
Christensen was restricted by injury last year, playing only 11 matches.
The 25-year-old has played 98 games, 65 of them for Geelong including the 2011 premiership.
He did not play in last week’s pre-season opener against Gold Coast, which Brisbane lost.
The Lions’ next game is on Thursday night against the Western Bulldogs at Etihad Stadium.
