Scans have ruled out Port Adelaide forward Chad Wingard for 2-4 weeks in a blow for the top four contenders.
Wingard suffered a high ankle sprain in the club's loss to Melbourne on Saturday.
“Chad had scans on Monday, which confirmed a high ankle sprain, so he’ll miss somewhere between two and four weeks in rehab," Tim McGrath said on the club's website.
“We’ll take a no-risk approach with his injury, so will assess him week-to-week before he starts running again.”
