Champion Data's predicted their end-of-season top eight before round 22, with all injuries factored in.

It's relatively good news for most, with eight teams tipped to have an 85% chance or greater of seeing September action.

Richmond is all but certain to finish first while West Coast should finish second, with GWS and Collingwood both more likely than not to join them in the top four.

Hawthorn and Sydney are solid chances to finish in the top eight and come up against Melbourne or Geelong.

The worrying news is for Port Adelaide, who have a greater chance of finishing sixth or higher than Geelong, but are also more likely to miss the final eight, with the AFL's stats team rating them a 43% chance of finals.
